I love it!! (and not just because I get excited about
stickers)

Do each and every one of my scheduled Training
sessions
·
Do clean eating - 1200cal Cap!!
·
Do the Christmas Season festivities whilst FOLLOWING the 12wbt Christmas plan
·
Do a loss on the scales EVERY week – even over
the dreaded Christmas Period
·
Do a meditation session every day even if it’s
only for 5 minutes - 5 minutes to focus on my centre and my positivity is NOT unreasonable!!
·
Do the “Mean Abs Challenge” that I say I’m going
to do and never successfully complete!! (yay more stickers!)
